For the first time in 2016 Barida Trekking are offering 1-6 day treks through the Cadi National Park. These are completely new routes that have been cleared and designed by a team of enthusiastic volunteers over the past 18 months. The treks are suitable for all ages and abilities.
The park is only a few hours from Barcelona, close to Andorra. It is one of the most unspoilt area’s in the region. The horses live wild on the mountainside year round, so they are very used to this terrain. Marc Giro and his team are very experienced. Marc trained for this role in Patagonia taking tourists on lengthy treks across the Tundra. This project to bring the trekking experience back to his home village is a long term dream of his.
